Commissioned by the Shrachi Group in Tatanagar over 1100 sq ft, this design and build project focused on creating sustainable, modern living quarters. Eco-friendly materials, energy-efficiency strategies, and green landscaping were core to the concept, resulting in a compact yet environmentally responsible home solution meeting both luxury and regulatory standards.
